Fairly clean hotel with warm breakfast.

The staff are attentive, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is hot. The pool area is nice too. Parking is on-site.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, nevertheless everything was great.

This hotel is wonderful, has very attentive staff and an savoury breakfast. It's worth staying here and exploring Universal Orlando Resort district.

Location is strategic, good room, bed is exceptionally comfortable.

The staff were happy to help, efficient check-in and the room was well laid out and decent.

Staff was caring, room was executive king, ideal location. Large beds, air conditioning, hairdryer and soundproof windows in the room. I didn't expect to find Subway close by, but I enjoyed it and had a few meals. Modest hotel, had a really friendly service😀

Fine place for short stay. Our room had a perfectly comfortable bed and an especially good view. Everywhere there was quite clean.

Wi-fi was bad, made me a little nervous. The a/c in the room did not work.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Venetian-style building and our well-stocked room. A lot of supplies in the room: climate control, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Moreover, fun spot usa was 10 minutes' walk away. Great service during our really unforgettable stay.

Location is best possible and I loved great rooms and super-friendly staff.
